How does the trial work?
After registration, you get full access to all Premium features for 14 days. No credit card is required and no automatic charge occurs during the trial. The trial is meant for fully testing the system in real use.
What happens after the trial ends?
After the trial ends, there is no automatic switch to any plan. The account administrator is prompted to choose either the free Freemium plan or a paid plan. Your data remains saved.
What does the Freemium plan include?
Freemium is a permanently free plan with no time limit. It lets you manage up to 3 spots and up to 10 users with basic booking features. It is not a temporary version, but a permanent free plan.
What is a spot?
A spot is a specific bookable resource, such as a meeting room, desk, parking space, or company car. Each individual bookable item counts as one spot. Pricing is based on the number of spots, not the number of users.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the number of spots included in your plan. The more bookable resources you manage, the higher the plan. We do not charge fees per booking or extra fees for normal usage.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the account administration. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the already paid period. There are no penalties or notice periods associated with cancellation.
Can I change the number of spots or my plan during a subscription?
Yes, you can adjust the number of spots and switch plans at any time in the account administration. If you increase spots or upgrade during an active billing period, a proportional charge is applied for the remaining time until the end of the current billing cycle. If you decrease spots or downgrade, the already paid amount is converted into credit and gradually used in subsequent periods until fully consumed.
How does payment work?
After the trial, you choose the plan and payment method that suits you. You can pay by card or by bank transfer. Invoices are available online in your account administration.
