After registration, you get full access to all features across the Whatspot system for 14 days. This lets you try both Shared Space and Workspace functionality before deciding which plan best fits your needs. No credit card is required and no automatic charge occurs during the trial. The trial is meant for fully testing the system in real use.
After the trial ends, there is no automatic switch to any plan. The account administrator is prompted to choose either the Free plan or a paid plan. Your data remains saved.
The Free plan is a permanently free plan with no time limit. It includes up to 2 spots, 10 users and up to 30 bookings per month, together with the basic features needed to manage simple bookings.
A spot is a specific bookable resource, such as a meeting room, desk, parking space, or company car. Each individual bookable item counts as one spot. Pricing is based on the number of spots, not the number of users.
Shared Space is designed for smaller shared spaces with simpler booking needs and supports 3 to 10 spots. Workspace is the full-featured plan for larger teams and organizations, with advanced booking controls, SSO, check-in and support for up to 50 spots.
Pricing is based on the plan you choose and the number of spots you need. Shared Space supports 3 to 10 spots. Workspace starts at 10 spots and scales in increments of 5 up to 50 spots. We do not charge per user or per booking.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the account administration. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the already paid period. There are no penalties or notice periods associated with cancellation.
Yes. You can change your plan or capacity at any time. Shared Space supports 3–10 spots, while Workspace is available from 10 to 50 spots in increments of 5. Upgrades are charged proportionally; downgrades are credited toward future billing.

After the trial, you choose the plan and payment method that suits you. You can pay by card or by bank transfer. Invoices are available online in your account administration.
